Role Overview

Key Responsibilities- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Follow plans of care

- Utilize clinical support and resources to maintain highest care standards
- Active Colorado LPN license
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
- TB testing compliance
- Strong communication, reliability, and compassion required
