Whatto expect:
Coordinate and perform the accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS's) as required by regulation and facility practices.

Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in CO required
Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 is required!Rate: $85,000-$95,000/year - based on experience and license level
