Innovive Health is seeking a Weekend Baylor RN (Home Health) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. The role offers autonomy, strong team support, and meaningful patient relationships on a weekend schedule.
The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, manage medications and treatments, and educate patients and caregivers while coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. This is a full-time exempt position with weekend shifts.
