We are currently hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Night Shift and are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What You'll Do

As an LPN at Lark Springs, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide direct nursing care based on each resident's individualized plan of care
  • Administer medications according to physician orders and applicable regulations
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
  • Complete resident assessments and required clinical documentation
  • Maintain and update individualized care plans
  • Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs and changes in condition
  • Work closely with caregivers and other team members to provide consistent, quality care
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to caregiving staff as needed
  • Complete documentation and reporting accurately and on time
  • Assist with other resident care needs as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Current CPR certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable and committed to providing excellent care
Schedule

Full-Time | Night Shift

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working nights and wants to be part of a community where your work and your relationships with residents matter.
