RN, Nursing Home, RN Nurse

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate RN to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our senior living community. In this role, you will complete assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans for residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You'll collaborate with a supportive, resident-first team, supervise care staff, and communicate with families and providers. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and families
• Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, and communicate promptly with physicians and families
• Supervise, support, and mentor CNAs and other care staff to ensure high standards of care
• Document care, observations, and interventions accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff trainings
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness practices
• Promote a safe, respectful, and homelike environment aligned with resident-first values
