Director of Nursing – Perioperative ServicesWSi Healthcare Personnel is currently seeking an experienced perioperative nurse leader for a prestigious Director of Nursing position at a well-established surgery center in Colorado Springs.

Position Overview:

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations at the surgery center, including staff management and scheduling. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong background in the operating room and previous experience in nursing management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide clinical operations at the surgery center

Provide supervision and mentorship to nursing staff

Efficiently coordinate staff schedules based on patient needs

Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and patient-centered care Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards

Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize patient care Support regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys

Assist in the recruitment and retention of clinical staff

Qualifications:

Active Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain one Prior experience in the operating room is essential

Demonstrated leadership in nursing management or similar role Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and engage staff in day-to-day operations
