Job DescriptionRed Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is seeking qualified LPNs to join our dedicated team providing patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Open positions include full-time 6am-6pm on Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri-Sun, plus part-time and PRN options. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.
Successful candidates must hold an active LPN license in Colorado, CPR certification, and be able to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
