Travel Nurse Source is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Colorado Springs, CO, at Fusion Medical Staffing. You will provide meticulous telemetry care, administer cardiac meds, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
Required:
1 year stepdown experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
