• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)

• Provide advanced clinical care to cardiothoracic surgery patients with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assist in cardiac surgeries, including performing endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting when needed
• Manage ICU and surgical patient care, including rounding and evaluations in CVICU, floor, and clinics
• Participate in bi-weekly clinics and additional patient care as scheduled
• Rotate through operating room coverage Monday through Friday
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare team members in a multidisciplinary environment
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop, implement, and follow up on patient care plans
• Order medications and write prescriptions per regulatory policies
• Perform bedside procedures as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care activities
• Maintain continuing medical education to meet licensing and registry requirements
• Adapt to a dynamic clinical environment with flexibility and teamwork

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular or surgical ICU settings
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
