Clinical Supervisor

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE COLORADO Registered Nurse (RN) LICENSE

Human Touch Home Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (RN) to support the Clinical Manager in overseeing care management, quality assurance, and compliance across our home care services - both in the office and in the field.

• Support the Clinical Manager with the oversight and direction of care management, quality assurance, and compliance for home care services
• Assist in leading, directing, and supporting a team of nurses and medical professionals with varying credentials in a fast-paced home health agency
• Conduct field visits and in-home supervisory visits to support clinical staff and ensure quality of care
• Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision, and core values
• Help develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Promote and champion employee and patient safety and well-being
• Monitor and audit staff practices and process improvement implementation for quality assurance
• Assist in evaluating the company's nursing program and individual staff performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required)
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare and OASIS
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health-related field (required)
• Prior experience with computers and medical software, eMAR
• Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Comfortable working both in-office and in the field with clients and staff

• Salary: Based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Work Location: In person
