Spring Grove Recovery is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team.
We provide residential treatment services to individuals experiencing substance use disorders and related behavioral health needs. Our approach is individualized, holistic, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity to build a healthier future.
As an LPN at Spring Grove Recovery, you will work closely with patients, nurses, medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to provide safe, respectful, and high-quality care. Primary Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with provider orders, established policies, professional standards, and the LPN scope of practice
- Monitor patients and help maintain a safe, therapeutic, and supportive treatment environment
- Conduct nursing observations and assessments within the LPN scope of practice
- Obtain, monitor, and accurately document vital signs, symptoms, medication responses, and changes in patient condition
- Promptly communicate changes in a patient's physical, behavioral, or mental-health status to the appropriate RN, physician, nurse practitioner, or other authorized provider
- Administer medications and treatments according to authorized provider orders and applicable medication‑administration procedures
- Maintain accurate medication‑administration records and clinical documentation
- Monitor medication inventory and assist with the secure storage, counting, and documentation of controlled substances
