# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatric Cardiac ICU – Colorado

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 4 shifts per 4-week schedule | 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
- 10-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU specializing in congenital cardiac care, serving as the facility's ECMO center
- Advanced equipment including Centrimag, Prismax, Arctic Sun, Phillips monitors, Med fusion and Baxter pumps
- Collaborative team averaging 10 years nursing experience with high engagement and culture of safety scores
- EMR system:
Meditech - Support from board-certified pediatric/congenital heart intensivists and multidisciplinary team
- Flexible travel nursing contract with opportunities to resource and teach
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Critical Care experience required
- Current RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Preferred:
Peritoneal dialysis, CRRT skills, and ECMO bedside experience - Strong organizational, communication, and flexibility skills
- Post-operative cardiac care including inotropic and vasopressor continuous infusions
- IV fluid and chest tube management
- Care of post-sternotomy/open chest patients
- Moderate sedation administration
- Supporting medical neonates and cardiac patients requiring advanced life support
