We are currently hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Night Shift and are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What You'll DoAs an LPN at Lark Springs, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct nursing care based on each resident's individualized plan of care
- Administer medications according to physician orders and applicable regulations
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Complete resident assessments and required clinical documentation
- Maintain and update individualized care plans
- Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs and changes in condition
- Work closely with caregivers and other team members to provide consistent, quality care
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to caregiving staff as needed
- Complete documentation and reporting accurately and on time
- Assist with other resident care needs as assigned
- Current CPR certification
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and committed to providing excellent care
