Pay Range: $20.00 – $31.25 per hour (non-exempt, hourly)

About the RoleThe Quality Assurance – Materials & Laboratory Specialist plays a key supporting role on our Quality team by executing material inspections, laboratory testing, and batch record reviews that help inform quality and release decisions.
This role focuses on accuracy, documentation, and communication. You will prepare and review data, identify risks or inconsistencies, and elevate findings to Quality leadership so informed decisions can be made. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven position in a regulated manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do- Support raw material, ingredient, and component quality activities, including inspections, sampling, specification generation and documentation
- Perform approved in‑house laboratory testing and coordinate third‑party lab samples
- Review batch and manufacturing records for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare clear documentation and summaries to support Quality leadership decisions
- Identify and elevate material, testing, or documentation concerns
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and third‑party labs
- Help maintain audit‑ready records and support inspections as needed
We’re primarily looking for the right mindset and working style. Technical experience is helpful but not required.

- Experience in a regulated environment (manufacturing, quality, lab, food, or supplements)
- Exposure to batch records, laboratory work, or quality documentation
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, inventory systems, or project tracking tools
- Basic awareness of cGMP or 21 CFR 111 regulations
- In‑person role based in Colorado Springs
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Every other Friday off
- Manufacturing and laboratory environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Required use of PPE in production areas
