• Perform visual and technical inspections on manufactured parts to ensure adherence to quality procedures and specifications.
• Utilize specialized measurement equipment and run automated programs for accurate part evaluation.
• Identify quality issues, manage non-conforming materials, and elevate discrepancies to leadership promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, IPC ESD guidelines, and proper hazardous material handling.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce costs.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to evaluate complex work instructions.
• Excellent communication skills for active reporting and team collaboration.
• Adaptability to manage competing priorities with minimal guidance.
• High dependability, sound judgement, and commitment to maintaining clean, safe operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; up to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience operating precision measurement tools such as calipers, height gages, CMM, or automated vision systems.
