Quality Program Manager (QC/QPP Manager) Employment

Full-time - anticipated contract staffing

Clearance/certification requirements will be aligned to the final PWS and designated cyber work role.

Position Summary

Develop and manage the contract Quality Program Plan (QPP) and quality-control framework across ECCOS functions. The Quality Program Manager establishes preventive controls, monitors performance, tracks deficiencies and corrective actions, and supports Government inspections and evaluations to ensure consistent, compliant service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update the Quality Program Plan to reflect contract requirements, processes, performance standards, and Government expectations.
  • Establish and implement quality-control procedures designed to prevent defects and detect performance issues early.
  • Define and track quality metrics, inspection results, trends, deficiencies, corrective actions, and closure status.
  • Coordinate with functional leads to investigate root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain quality records and evidence supporting audits, inspections, surveillance, and management reviews.
  • Coordinate with Government CORs and other officials during inspections, evaluations, and quality reviews.
  • Promote consistent application of quality practices across program operations and deliverables.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, quality management, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in DoD quality assurance/quality control or comparable contract quality-management roles.
  • Experience developing quality plans, metrics, inspection procedures, corrective-action processes, and audit-ready records.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS quality requirements and Government surveillance/inspection practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISO 9001 experience, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience managing quality programs for cybersecurity, IT, or other technical DoD services.

Note:

The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $130K-$150K annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
