Overview

Join us as a Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club and help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression.

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and help them with purchases.
• Keep carts ready and available; assist members with loading vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve member issues.
• Follow safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Assist with processing member purchases, including cash register use and payment processing.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize and complete work assignments.
