Commercial Store Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Commercial Store Customer Service Specialist to support commercial customers in our manufacturing-focused stores. In this on-site role, you'll provide expert service, product guidance and order support for paints, coatings and related products. You'll process orders, assist with color matching and tinting, coordinate pickups or deliveries, and help maintain inventory and merchandising standards. Responsibilities

• Provide in-store support and product recommendations to commercial customers in manufacturing, construction and related sectors.
• Process orders, handle transactions, and coordinate pickups or deliveries to meet customer timelines.
• Assist with color matching, tinting, and product selection for paints, coatings and related supplies.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves, and help manage inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety, handling and store operating procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat commercial customers, responding promptly to needs and issues.
• Support store sales goals through add-on recommendations, promotions, and proactive outreach.
