Position
Hours:
Thursday - Saturday 10 am - 6 pm (24 HOURS PER WEEK)

About the Sales Associate position- A successful Sales Associate will engage in courteous and professional customer interactions
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell our product range
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of all products, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage, and offer personalized product recommendations
- Conduct skincare consultations to meet customer needs
- Assume responsibility for conducting financial transactions and utilizing the point-of-sale system accurately
- Adhere strictly to established cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of shelves
- Collaborate in the execution of retail merchandising strategies, including creating captivating window displays
- Exhibit a long-term commitment to training, acquiring the ability to assist in the manufacturing process and meticulously follow formulas for consistent product replication
- Undertake additional duties as required to contribute to the smooth operation of the business
- Display excellent communication skills, consistently provide exceptional customer service, exhibit adaptability, and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
