Key Lead – Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. The role is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

The schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• High school diploma, G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

The starting rate for this position is $17.80 per hour. (Recruiting pay range is $17.80–$17.80 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
