Program Features
  • Participate in a sales support rotational program that accelerates your career and helps you learn new skills.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors, and sales/sales support leaders.
  • Build relationships within a close‑knit community of peers in the sales support and sales rotational program.
  • Gain practical experience through assigned projects in critical areas of the business.
  • Program commitment: 26 months.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 26‑month Rotational Program with structured curriculum and on‑the‑job sessions that expose you to broad skills, tools, and functional departments within the Sales & Distribution Organization.
    • Complete two six‑month rotations outside of the Producer Help Desk (March–August) in areas such as Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development.
    • Complete two six‑month Sales Support Rotations (September–February) executing on the Producer Help Desk work via inbound telephonic interactions.
    • Complete a two‑month training program (June–July of year 1).
  • As a Sales Support Representative, you will champion sales agents by addressing their sales support, product, content, and technical needs.
    • Build agent sales success and loyalty through timely interaction resolution, including telephonic support, resource navigation, and escalation management.
    • Provide interaction resolution updates through effective oral and written communication via inbound calls, chats, emails, or outbound calls as business needs dictate.
    • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by business management.

Required Qualifications
  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree (or obtained a degree no longer than 24 months prior to the position start date, from an accredited college/university). The Bachelor’s degree must be obtained before the start of employment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment‑based work authorization (F‑1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H‑1B, TN, etc. will not be considered).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, health care, or health insurance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full‑time employment.
