- Complete daily assignments and training activities to meet established success standards
- Adhere to the employer's policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Must maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
- Strong independent work ethic as well as teamwork capabilities
- High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download requirements
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-English skills are advantageous
