We are looking for a Managed Print Services Specialist to work closely with our Sales team in Colorado Springs, CO, to identify and close Managed Print Service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify Managed Print Service opportunities with existing and future clients.
• Maintain current and new business accounts, providing exceptional client service and support.
• Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews, achieving expected results and financial targets.
• Offer sales promotions, negotiate contracts, and develop customer value propositions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand new technologies and product enhancements.
• Cold‑call prospects (approximately 10% of the effort) and pursue new business.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract sign‑off.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.

• Business‑to‑business sales experience in a professional sales environment.
• Strong ethical, customer‑focused and consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrated ability in time management, problem solving, and self‑motivation.
• Educational or professional experience related to sales, technology, or customer support.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
