Pro Source of Colorado Springs Base Salary $60k-$70k + commission. First year potential $80k-$90k

• Partner with trade professionals and their clients to design and sell kitchen & bath projects
• Create layouts and quotes using Cyncly Design Flex software
• Guide customers through product selections and options
• Manage orders from quote through delivery
• Answer questions and keep projects moving forward
• Support the sales team and help grow cabinetry business
• Keep displays, pricing, and samples up to date
• Participate in trainings and events to strengthen customer relationships

• You enjoy working with people and building relationships
• You have an eye for design and attention to detail
• You can manage multiple projects at once
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You're organized and follow through

• 2+ years of kitchen and bath design and/or cabinetry sales experience
• Experience with Cyncly Design Flex software
• Comfortable with project management, sales, quoting, and order entry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
• NKBA certification is a plus
• Degree in interior design is a plus
