Customer Service​/Appointment setting​/Sales

Car Hop is adding an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service/BDC Specialist to join our team! Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling to customers that have contacted us to set appointments with the sales staff and engaging with potential customers that call in and setting appointments at the lot for the sales staff. Also occasional face to face customer engagement should the volume dictate it on a daily basis.

This is a new position position for Car Hop and uniquely about 50% of our Managers at every level promote from within across the country.

• Receive inboud calls and make outbound calls to and from customers to set appointments and generate sales opportunities.
• Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and information about products or services
• Utilize Car Hop's CRM systems to track interactions, update client records, and monitor sales pipelines
• Follow up with leads regularly to nurture prospects and maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach, lead qualification, and deal closing.
• Learn our sales process as during your week there will be occasionally face to face sales as well. We provide all resources to obtain a Colorado sales license for you

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling and customer service excellence
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle inboud/outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Previous phone sales or call center sales experience is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
