Your Purpose as a Brand Ambassador:

• Responsible for engaging customers with Lexus’ brand history and the latest products and technologies.
• Act as a point of contact to guests, welcoming them into the showroom and responding to telephone or online inquiries.
• Deliver product and vehicle presentations, showcasing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Lexus.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the guest.
• Stay up to date on all Lexus product, feature, and vehicle information.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
