Licensed Life Insurance Agent​/Financial Consultant

The Licensed Life Insurance Agent/Financial Consultant role supports clients through face-to-face consultations in the Colorado Springs area using pre-scheduled appointments and commission-based compensation. The position includes a structured local sales model and a defined path to management for strong performers.

• Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80910
• Work arrangement: Hybrid (remote not indicated)
• Base access requirement: Are you able to get on Fort Carson? Base access is required for this role

• Pay type: Commission
• Salary range: USD 65,000 - 85,000 per year

• Hours per week: 25-40 hours
• Typical availability: primarily afternoons and evenings

• Conduct face-to-face appointments within the local area;
  no travel required
• Serve a defined niche market with pre-scheduled appointments
• Provide coverage and guidance using competitive, simplified-issue products
• Operate without cold calls and without door-to-door sales
• Utilize free leads provided for the role
• Participate in a clear path to management for strong performers

• Hold a Life Insurance License (or obtain it at time of hire

• Be confident in conversation and enjoy building relationships
• Demonstrate strong time management and self-direction
• Be goal-oriented and interested in income tied to output
• No prior sales or insurance experience required;
  training is provided
• Must be able to get on Fort Carson
