Overview (continued) Responsibilities- Manage Emergency and Urgent Depot Level Maintenance responses for critical outages or mission-impacting failures.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implement rapid recovery actions, track and report status, and prepare plans of action.
- Ensure process compliance, lead all associated documentation, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement and operational readiness.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s in IT, Cyber, CS, IS, Data Science, or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training
Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI
Certifications: CCE, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, or GSLC certification
Experience: 7-10 Years
- This role demands expertise in coordinating maintenance responses for depot-level operations involving critical system outages.
- Proficiency in conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis is necessary for immediate response and recovery actions.
- Strong documentation skills to lead and manage associated response documentation and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
