• Fri — 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, managing front desk access procedures, and following site-specific security-related policies for a professional aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor credentials, and document entry and exit activity in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, assist with directions, support badge and visitor management processes, and report maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns observed at the front desk.
• Maintain detailed logs, records, and reports related to visitors, deliveries, and security-related incidents, helping to support daily operations and awareness at the location.

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
