Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.;
Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet visitors, verify access permissions, and direct employees, guests, and/or vendors in accordance with site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper communication channels when needed.;
Complete visitor registration, badge distribution, and/or access control documentation while maintaining accurate front desk records and reporting unusual activity.;
Support a professional presence at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location to help to deter unauthorized access and address security-related concerns as they arise.
