Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access expectations, and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions or concerns to property management and/or emergency contacts as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe daily activity, and document incidents, disturbances, and/or policy violations.;
Support emergency response activities by following post orders, communicating clearly with tenants and visitors, and assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific procedures when appropriate.
