The Work

We are seeking a Cyber Resiliency Manager to lead the team of Cyber Resiliency Engineers across multiple RMS programs. The manager will guide the development and implementation of cyber resiliency tools and processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and implement 1

LMX and Cyber Resiliency Strategic Initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support program metrics and technology roadmaps, ensuring cyber capabilities are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Provide accurate and timely manpower forecasts and staffing resources on programs.
  • Standardize and consistently apply cyber resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Ensure tight program coordination, providing expertise in technical development and responding to proposal efforts.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned programs.
Other Responsibilities
  • Implement cost‑effective workforce planning and development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance cyber resiliency strategies.
Location

This position can be supported in Colorado Springs or Valley Forge.

Basic Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or equivalent lead experience.
  • Proven success building collaborative customer, team, and partner relationships.
  • Experience supporting Cyber Resiliency programs and/or contract scope as a Technical Lead, Architect, Project Manager, or Proposal Lead.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related professional experience.
  • Qualified candidate must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance before starting this position (US citizenship required).

  • Leading a geographically dispersed team, including internationally.
  • Support to Foreign Military Sales or Direct Commercial Sales programs.

Security Clearance

This position requires a government DoD Secret level clearance and US citizenship.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual base salary range for the position in the following states: $145,200 – $255,990 (excluding most major metropolitan areas). Salary will reflect the final work location.
  • Benefits:
