Provide customer service to guests, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an entertainment and retail venue.;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of venue areas, parking lots, entrances, exits, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and observe guest activity, reporting policy violations, hazards, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.;
Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
