What You Get- Earn $40–$60 per hour based on experience
- Monthly Performance bonus (up to $750)

- Paid experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical work, or general home repairs.
- Complete maintenance or remodeling projects by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.
- Evaluate requests, price all jobs, troubleshoot, and effectively communicate with clients.
- Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects.
