Perform general maintenance and repair of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the property;
Perform general electrical repairs including work on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors;
Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs to ensure guest rooms and public spaces remain comfortable;
Perform painting and wall repair to maintain brand and property appearance standards;
Execute and support the hotel's preventive maintenance program and complete scheduled PM tasks on time
