IPG is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, clear customer communication, and the ability to work independently in the field.
You will develop expert knowledge of products, perform PM programs, and support with field testing and product improvements while maintaining accurate service records and reporting.
