VOA Colorado is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair VOA facilities under supervision. You will ensure buildings, equipment and grounds are safe and in good repair, and may supervise volunteers as needed.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety issue resolution, and timely completion of service requests, with after-hours coverage. Candidates should have HVAC/electrical/plumbing/carpentry knowledge and a valid CO driver's license.
