Tepa Companies is seeking Concrete Carpenters/Finishers to join their construction team in Colorado Springs. These professionals will work on a variety of concrete projects, including demolition, sub-grade preparation, and finishing, often in outdoor environments. The ideal candidates are experienced, reliable, and able to work collaboratively while maintaining high safety standards. • Competitive wages: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
• Per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site

• 5 years of concrete construction experience or knowledge required
• Experience using hand, pneumatic, electric, and motor-powered tools and equipment
• Ability to climb ladders and/or operate manlifts
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Knowledge of excavation and back filling methods preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate clearly
• Ability to learn on the job and demonstrate reliability
• Must pass required background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to gain access to military installations and facilities, if applicable
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends as required
