Pro Tech RV is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician to join our service department. We are looking for a dependable, self‑motivated technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Requirements- 3‑5 years of RV service technician experience required
- Must own and maintain a complete set of professional tools
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, propane, appliance, slide‑out, awning, and leveling systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to efficiently flag and produce billable hours in a fast‑paced service environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- RV experience is required; applicants without RV repair experience will not be considered
- Diagnose and repair RV systems and components
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed
- Deliver high‑quality repairs while meeting productivity expectations
