Diesel Service Apprentice​/Mechanic

Job Overview & Essential Functions

Murphy‑Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We have an opening for a Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic. The role performs light maintenance work under close supervision and is the first stage of training for Service Technician status.

• Perform maintenance work (preventive maintenance, pre‑delivery inspections, light electrical repairs, etc.) under supervision.
• Assist Service Technician with heavy‑duty truck repair.
• Attend training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and properly handle company tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

This position is safety‑sensitive. Performing the position while under the influence of marijuana or any other illegal drug may constitute a threat to health or safety.
