Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid state driver's license.
Current Refrigeration Journeyman license (preferred).
Apprenticeship or technical degree in a facilities–related field (preferred).
Two years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, service and repair.
Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience (preferred).
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English.
Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

Medium work: exert/lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.
