We’re looking for a skilled professional who has:

• At least 2 years of experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• A willingness to grow with the company and take on leadership roles.
• Previous experience in gutter services/installation (a huge plus!) and a passion for quality workmanship.

Additional requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Perform skilled gutter installation and related services with a focus on quality and safety.
• Interact with clients and team members professionally and effectively.
• Take part in leadership training and field development opportunities.
• Contribute to building a family-like culture while helping grow the company brand.

• Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience).
