Commercial HVAC​/R Service & Installation Technician

All Type Mechanical Services (ATMS) is looking for skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians and Installers to join our Colorado Springs team.

In this role, you will perform service, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, installation, and startup of commercial HVAC/R systems. The position requires strong technical fundamentals, professional customer service, and the ability to work across a variety of equipment and job-site environments.

Responsibilities include service, repair, equipment overhauls, new installations, system startups, preventative maintenance, site surveys, equipment replacements and modifications, job documentation, vehicle maintenance, and maintaining current knowledge of manufacturer equipment and service procedures. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience working with package units, split systems, pumps, and other HVAC equipment; commercial HVAC/R industry experience; a Colorado Mechanical 4 license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of starting; an associate degree, HVAC trade-school certification, or completion of a five-year apprenticeship program; a valid driver's license and clean driving record; the ability to lift up to 50 pounds;

and the ability to access mechanical rooms, rooftops, and HVAC equipment.
