Denver Human Services (DHS) seeks an Eligibility Specialist to assist the incarcerated population with benefits enrollment and recertification. You’ll navigate complex cases with compassion and independence across designated DHS sites.
You will rotate across Denver Jails and neighborhood resource sites, attending trainings and supervision to maintain high standards of service for vulnerable communities. Hybrid work with in-office and off-site days is expected.
