The Work:
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer. In this role, you will:

- Design, Implement, and integrate/test software features - Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise - Participate in technical discussions to define/solve overarching software architecture needs The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of:

- Basic software engineering design principles - The various stages of the software development lifecycle Must be a US Citizen - This position will require a government security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
• Basic Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to Frontend framework development tools/languages (examples: Angular, java script, CSS, and HTML)
• Exposure to the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) Design Concepts/Processes
• Willing to Travel Desired

Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies & Tools
• Some experience working in the different stages of the SDLC
• Exposure to/knowledge of UI/UX Design Tools (examples: Figma, Mock Flow, UXPin, Axure)
• Exposure to/knowledge of UI/UX Test Frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest)
• Previous intern experience on an IRAD
• Bachelor's degree in computer science Security Clearance Statement:
