• Contribute to the design and evolution of reliable, maintainable systems that scale with our business and customer needs.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (experience with C# and Kubernetes is great).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages.
• Experience architecting and scaling software systems and services.
• Strong understanding of integration testing and reliability engineering.
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Ability to scoped technical efforts and estimate accurately.
• Effective communicator in both design documents and real-time collaboration.
• Growth mindset with a desire to mentor and learn from others.
