2 x Lead Mobile Engineers | 6-month contracts | remote in the USA - EST or CST

We’re partnering with a global technology consulting and digital engineering firm that builds enterprise software and digital products for some of the world’s most recognized brands. This team is developing high‑scale mobile applications used by tens of millions of users worldwide.

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Android applications.
• Mentor and manage a team of Android engineers.
• Drive technical strategy, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high‑impact features.
• Lead code reviews and modernize existing applications.
• Help shape the technical roadmap and improve development processes.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Android development experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing Android engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVI, Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, performance optimization, testing, and scalable system design.
• Experience working with legacy code modernization.
• Key Technologies:

• Lead the architecture and development of enterprise iOS applications.
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of iOS engineers.
• Drive technical direction, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver new features.
• Lead modernization efforts, including migrating legacy Objective‑C code to Swift.
• Help define the technical roadmap and improve engineering processes.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of iOS development experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing iOS engineering teams.
• Expert‑level Swift experience and strong knowledge of modern iOS architecture.
• Experience with UIKit, MVVM, REST APIs, Objective‑C, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong architecture, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
