Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Programmer
3) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. The successful candidate will contribute advanced software development expertise across data integration, analysis, reporting, user interface development, and CI/CD activities.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Develop and maintain software solutions supporting a large-scale .NET application.

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.

Develop solutions for multi-source data integration and deduplication.

Analyze data trends and patterns.

Develop queries and reporting capabilities.

Design and develop user interfaces.

Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated software delivery.

Develop solutions using .NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams supporting highly available national security systems

5+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems.

Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.

Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.

Experience with trend and pattern analysis, query development, and reporting.

Experience with user interface design and development.

Hands‑on working knowledge of .NET Framework.

Hands‑on working knowledge of SQL Server.

Hands‑on experience with C#.

Hands‑on experience with Entity Framework.

Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Located in Colorado or the DMV area.

Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.

Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
