Warehouse​/Backup City Driver

Overview

Rocky Mountain Air Solutions, a leading Rocky Mountain region distributor of atmospheric gas and welding products, is seeking a City Delivery Driver - Warehouse Associate in Colorado Springs. This role requires a current CDL Class B license, a clean MVR, and strength in a warehouse environment. The position includes up to 12 weeks of training in Denver, Colorado.

• Maintain warehouse inventory and manage aspects of customer interactions through the delivery process and in-store cylinder exchanges.
• Drive a truck to make customer deliveries; this task will take up at least half of the work day to start.
• Work as a hybrid team member, comfortable with both driving deliveries and in-store customer service and inventory management.
• Return to the store to manage inventory and some in-store customer interactions.

• Current CDL Class B license with Hazmat Endorsement and training in air brakes.
• Clean MVR (no DUIs/DWIs).
• Ability to lift and move cylinders and up to 60-pound boxes; able to work in an industrial environment with attention to safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills; motivated, reliable, articulate; able to write legibly and perform simple mathematics.
• High school diploma required; college credit preferred; GED not accepted.

Moving cylinders by rolling them to carts for loading and unloading at customer locations; ability to lift 60 pounds. The role requires physical strength, flexibility, attention to safety, and the ability to work in an industrial environment.
