CDL A Driver

Job Overview

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a CDL‑A Driver to operate commercial motor vehicles and ensure timely, accurate delivery of beverages to customers.

Schedule:

Four 10‑hour days a week, 2:30 PM until finish.

Pay: $28.75 /hr (base) plus bonus structure.

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles and follow delivery routes and schedules.
• Load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques and manage back‑room inventory.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent.
• CDL‑A License and Interstate License required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Driving record meeting Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
